2026 Community Masterclass Series
At the heart of the Hawai‘i Chamber Music Festival is a belief in music as a shared experience—one that connects, inspires, and uplifts. This year, we’re proud to launch the Community Masterclass Series, offering the public a chance to witness the artistic process up close. These free, open sessions invite audiences to observe world-class artists mentor gifted young musicians, revealing the depth of listening, collaboration, and creativity at the core of chamber music.

2026 HCMF Visual Artist
Jordan Higa
Born and raised in Honolulu, Jordan Higa trained in San Francisco, worked in New York, and studied watercolor at the Pratt Institute before returning home to build a practice grounded in the culture and visual life of the islands, working across illustration, murals, and her own Hawaiʻi-inspired stationery line. Her work consistently returns to the same instinct: using art to bring people together and tell their stories.
