Tuition & Scholarship Information
All admitted participants will receive a full-tuition scholarship
Upon admission, participants will pay an enrollment fee of $80 to secure registration.
This non-refundable fee will provide the following:
2 Complimentary Tickets for One Guest Artist Performance
2 Complimentary Tickets for the Finale Orchestra Concert (Sunday 6/23)
Discount Code for Other Concerts in June
Photos & Videos made by Treehouse Productions Hawaii
2024 Audition Requirements & Other Information
Solo of your choice that best demonstrates your level and ability
Letter of Recommendation from your respective private music teacher or school music teacher.
There is no age requirement for local students to participate in YAP. Applicants are typically advanced middle school/high school and early collegiate-level string players (Ages 13-20).
You may apply for more than one instrument on one application. (ex: Piano & Violin or Violin & Viola)
Admitted students are expected for the entire duration of the program. However, reasonable accommodations in the schedule can be made. Please indicate potential conflicts on the application.
HCMF’s YAP Program is designed for local students from the state of Hawaii. All activities are held on the island of Oahu.
Housing is NOT provided for participants
